The Law Center for Social Security Rights was created because of the complex process that individuals face when seeking benefits from the Social Security Administration. At the Law Center, we make every effort to help and guide people in navigating the overwhelming rules and regulations that are involved in applying for benefits. We understand that when you are not feeling well, are under stress, or facing financial problems, it becomes burdensome to have to deal with the Social Security Administration. Our mission is to provide effective, full-service attorney representation at all levels of the process.

Our policy is to provide competent, comprehensive, and compassionate representation. All cases are handled with the highest degree of professionalism and courtesy. We can assist through every phase, from the application, development, and hearings and appeals. After a case is won, we assist with the processing of the past due benefits awarded. We maintain a very active SSI practice for those disabled who are unable to qualify for social security disability on the basis of their work record and have limited resources. We also provide representation in disabled children claims for SSI benefits. Our greatest satisfaction is derived from a successful representation of disabled children.
